I like this book becasue is realy interesting and it shows you how you need to get to know your friends. This book talks about 2 boys in the street they are friends but act like brothers until one of them starts drifting away from the relationship. he learns that the people who really care about you will always stick with you no matter what. Because is really interesting and because it has alot of action and suspense and because it shows you how anything can change in a moment.

This book a sequel from "The Outsiders" based on the same characters from the first one. The book is about these two boys named Bryon and Mark, and they've been really close friends since they were little kids. But the years have passed by and Bryon is growing up a lot more than Mark, and they're dating a lot of girls. Bryon is trying to find out who he is, and their relationship is slowly fading away. This book kind of has problems for the character such as money problems because they always bum money off of their friend Charlie. Plus they seem to cause trouble and get into a lot of fights with other people.

This book was good, I recommend this book to mostly guys, but if girls want to read this book, go for it. But it's mostly for guys because the guys talk about girls physical features and stuff a lot. Plus there is there are fights in the story, so it keep things in line. I think kids from 8th grade to high school will enjoy this book.

I rate this book a 6 out of 10, the book was good but it wasn't my cup of tea. But I have to admit though; some stuff in this book is kind of realistic of stuff that is happening now to teenagers. I bet many young people can relate this book to their lives or to people they know.
