The Winner, by David Baldacci is one of the most action packed books I have ever read. The book hooks the reader's attention from the first page and keeps it until the end. Baldacci's writing style really lets the reader imagine what is going on because of all the great imagery. You get to know all of the main characters throughout this book and almost become engaged in their lives and fear their next moves. This is a great book for anyone that likes suspense. It is a pretty long book around 600 pages but once you pick it up you will not be able to put it down. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

| This is a great read that goes by fast because you can't put it down. David Baldacci uses a lot of imagery to grab the reader's attention and paint a picture in your mind. It's a very suspenseful book which will keep you up through the night reading it. Many people can relate to the main character Luann Tyler regardless of whether they are in money trouble or not. This is a great book and i recommend it to anyone that likes suspense and wants a long book that they will be able to read over the summer. |
